The Piney Woods Gem & Mineral Society (PWGMS) meets the 4th Wednesday of each month (except December- Banquet).

Raffle Tickets will be available for the Pendant to be raffled at our Holiday Banquet next December. The Pendant is from Jennifer Rhodes (award winning wire wrapper), Reno Gem & Mineral Society. Wirewrapped original, with Petersen Mountain (Nevada) Smoky Quartz. The wirewrap is gold filled. Value: $150. Tickets are $5 ea. or 5 for $20.


All who are interested in the earth sciences, rocks, minerals, fossils, artifacts, and the lapidary arts are invited to attend.

Interesting presentations, discussions, and activities for family members of all ages will be offered.

Education, show-and-tell, door prizes, raffles, and refreshments at every meeting.
